Raw Apple Crisp

This deliciously wholesome Raw Apple Crisp is a perfect blend of fresh apples and warm spices, creating a delightful treat that’s both nutritious and satisfying. The filling features crisp, chopped apples (left unpeeled for extra fiber and flavor) mixed with a tangy combination of dried fruits, orange juice, and lemon juice. A sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger enhances the natural sweetness of the fruit.

The crumble topping is a crunchy mixture of your favorite nuts and dried fruits, seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg for a cozy, spiced finish. Uncooked oats can be added for extra texture if desired. The recipe is simple to prepare: just toss the filling ingredients together, blend the crumble in a food processor, and layer it all in a dish. You can serve it fresh at room temperature or warm it gently in the oven for a comforting, cozy touch.

This raw apple crisp is a light, healthy dessert option, or even a great breakfast treat!
