Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cubed watermelon (frozen)
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 1/2 cup filtered water, coconut water, or unflavored/unsweetened seltzer water

Instructions
 

  • Freeze watermelon cubes in advance (approx. 1 hour). If you forget or don’t have time, no worries – make the slushie with cold watermelon chunks instead.
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add small amounts of filtered water to aid in blending if needed.
  • Serve in a festive glass and enjoy!

Notes

Additional items to experiment with that add a boost of nutrition in your glass: frozen cherries, lime juice, chia seeds (and/or hemp/flax seeds), basil leaf, mint leaf, cilantro.
