Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red grapes, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced in quarters
- 1 orange, segmented and sliced in half
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup arugula, chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
