Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup red grapes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced in quarters
  • 1 orange, segmented and sliced in half
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cup arugula, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy!
