In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, watermelon, cucumber, avocado, onions and herbs.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice/balsamic vinegar, coriander, maple syrup/honey, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over the tomato-watermelon mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Serve over greens and sprinkle almonds on top.
