Berry Brain Booster Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds

- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
